मराठा समाजाला आरक्षण मिळाले नाही तर सरकार उलथवून टाकू, असा थेट इशारा मराठा आंदोलक मनोज जरांगे यांनी दिला आहे. येत्या २७ ऑगस्ट रोजी 'चलो मुंबई' मोर्चाची घोषणा करत, जरांगे यांनी २९ ऑगस्टपासून आझाद मैदानावर आमरण उपोषणाचा निर्धार केला आहे. मराठा आणि कुणबी एकच आहेत, असा जीआर काढून त्याची तातडीने अंमलबजावणी करण्याची मागणी त्यांनी सरकारकडे केली आहे. Announcing the 'Chalo Mumbai' march on August 27, Jarange has decided to hold a fast unto death at Azad Maidan from August 29.
