A high-level Central inspection team, tasked with assessing heavy rain and flood damage in Solapur, conducted a controversial inspection late at night in Mohol taluka using only flashlights. This move, a month after the heavy rains, has been termed a 'cruel joke' and mere 'show-off' by distressed farmers and local media, who are demanding immediate and adequate financial relief, not just a rushed night survey. सोलापूरमधील अतिवृष्टीमुळे झालेल्या नुकसानीची पाहणी करण्यासाठी आलेल्या केंद्रीय पथकाने मोहोळ तालुक्यात रात्रीच्या अंधारात फक्त बॅटरीच्या प्रकाशात पाहणी उरकली. महिन्याभरानंतर आलेल्या पथकाने केलेल्या या 'रात्रीस खेळाला' शेतकऱ्यांनी नुसता 'दिखावा' आणि 'क्रूर चेष्टा' म्हटले आहे. शेतकऱ्यांनी त्वरित भरीव मदतीची मागणी केली आहे.
