Cloudbursts at five separate locations in Kullu and Kangra districts wreaked havoc across Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday, leaving two people dead, 11 missing and over 2,000 tourists stranded in the remote areas of Sainj Valley. Heavy rain also disrupted normal life in Mandi, Kangra, and other parts of the state.
