Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed strong displeasure over the proposed expenditure of over ₹1 Crore on minister bungalows for the Winter Session. He slammed PWD officials and issued strict orders to cap the expense at ₹35 Lakh per bungalow. This decision comes amidst financial distress and aims to stop the unnecessary squandering of public funds on luxury renovations. मंत्र्यांच्या शासकीय बंगल्यांवर ₹१ कोटींहून अधिक होणाऱ्या खर्चावर मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस चांगलेच संतापले. त्यांनी सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांची झाडाझडती घेत खर्चाची मर्यादा ₹३५ लाखांवर आणण्याचे कडक निर्देश दिले. या निर्णयामुळे दत्तात्रय भरणे यांच्यासह अनेक मंत्र्यांच्या प्रस्तावित बंगल्यांच्या खर्चाला लगाम लागला आहे.
