The investigation is focusing on a masked suspect seen in the CCTV footage and tracing the car's origins. दिल्ली पोलिसांनी लाल किल्ल्याजवळील स्फोटाप्रकरणी UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) आणि स्फोटक कायद्यान्वये गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. हा स्फोट अपघात नसून दहशतवादी कृत्य (Terror Act) असल्याचे पोलिसांनी स्पष्ट केले आहे. सीसीटीव्हीमधील संशयित आणि कारच्या मालकीचे धागेदोरे तपासले जात आहेत.
