Fishermen are strictly advised not to venture into the sea. बंगालच्या उपसागरात तयार झालेल्या कमी दाबाच्या क्षेत्रामुळे ४ नोव्हेंबरपासून चक्रीवादळ तीव्र होण्याची शक्यता आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर भारतीय हवामान विभागाने अंदमान-निकोबार बेटांसाठी 'चक्रीवादळ इशारा' जारी केला आहे. मच्छिमारांना समुद्रात न जाण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत.
